Mooresville Christian Mission

The Mission provides food and clothing for the less fortunate in our community. They also provide resources and training to bring families and individuals out of poverty or crisis and into self-sufficiency.  They believe that it is not enough to simply help during a crisis, so they work to prevent future crises and focus on assisting families in learning the skills and acquiring the resources to become self-supportive.

Ways to get involved: Answer incoming calls, provide information, retrieve files for Case Managers, work on data entry, clerical, special projects, and events.  Sort donations, stock the warehouse, cut the lawn, maintain shrubs, keep parking lot clear of debris, pick up large furniture and appliances from donors, sort and stock non-perishables, and pack food boxes.
